Aquator
The Aquator is a flush lift-assist cover and frame. With its tamper- proof hidden torsion springs the Aquator will reduce the lifting weight of a standard access cover dramatically. Also the Aquator is fully compliant with the National Grid specification for torsion spring access covers.
The Aquator comes complete with a recessed padlock point as standard which can negate the trip hazard of locking bars over covers. Furthermore, as it is a flush cover it can be designed to suit a variety of load requirements from pedestrians to heavy goods vehicles and forklift trucks.

Upstand access covers and frames.
Aquacast is proud to introduce its new range of Upstand covers and frames the Aquastand. This cover can be used in many applications where the cover will not be trafficked and with the option of a padlocking facility can offer extra security to the equipment within the chamber. With a 150mm elevated frame this cover is also waterproof and the frame depth acts as an all round kick-plate, preventing debris/tooling from falling into the open chamber and causing damage to submersible pumps and telemetry. Its hidden torsion spring hinges allow easy lifting and conforms to HSE manual handling regulations. In addition the cable entry option allows the cover to be secured while work is still carried out on equipment from the chamber.

As of February this year Aquacast launched its Brand new website.
Designed in house, the website has been designed with the goal to highlighting our whole product range. With PDFs able for download it offers a quick an effective way for customers to find exactly what they want.
The website was developed with the view to constant progression and we will continue to develop the site to include new products and future projects.
